Each child gets their own XOTUTOR sign-in and joins the family with a code; the parent assigns lessons from their saved library and tracks completions from the Family Dashboard. How the Family Dashboard Works
Four steps, and then it runs itself
Add your children
Your Children is the first thing you see. Add a child, and they take one of your household's 3 places. Remove a child and the place is free again, so a plan bought for two can take a third later.
They join with a code
Your Child Join Code lives in Family Settings. Your child signs in to XOTUTOR on any device, enters the code, and appears in your list. You can regenerate the code whenever you like — the old one stops working straight away, and children who have already joined stay in the family.
Assign a lesson
Assign a Lesson takes one of the lessons you have already generated and saved, lets you pick which children should do it, and takes an optional due date. It turns up on their XOTUTOR home screen. One lesson can go to one child or to all three.
See who has done what
Assignments lists everything you have set. Progress Tracking takes any one of them and shows a row per child — status, quiz score, when they opened it and when they completed it — so you can tell at a glance who has finished and who has not started.
One Allowance, Shared — Not 600 Each
This is the part worth being plain about. The Family plan carries 600 lessons per year for the household. It is a single pool that every child on the plan draws from. Three children do not get 600 lessons each — they share the 600 between them.
What is not shared is the learning itself: each child has their own sign-in, their own assignments, their own saved lessons and their own progress. The pool is shared; the accounts are not.

Do all three children get 600 lessons each?
No. The 600 lessons per year are one shared allowance for the whole household, not 600 per child. Three children on the plan draw from the same pool of 600.
How does a child join the family plan?
The Family Dashboard shows a Child Join Code. The child signs in to XOTUTOR, enters the code, and appears in the parent's list of children. The parent can regenerate the code at any time, which stops the old code working immediately; children who have already joined stay in the family.
